Beef Brisket, Smoked Whole 5.5 to 7.0 lbs.

Slowly smoked in our smoke house for hours on in to produce the leanest, most tender, and delicious brisket. We use only the finest ingredients. Each brisket is hand rubbed with sea salt, brown sugar, chili powder, paprika, dried mustard, garlic powder, onion powder and dried thyme. Each Brisket arrives fully cooked, ready to be sliced and served. Each Brisket will weigh between 5.5 to 7.0 lbs.  and will feed 9 - 11 servings (depending on your serving size).
