How We Ship

Packed Cold. Shipped Fast.

We use UPS shipping to ensure your packages arrive in the best possible condition. Because our products are perishable, they're shipped flash-frozen — frozen quickly at a low temperature so they defrost in transit. Items that are soft but cool to the touch are safe to eat; refrigerate or refreeze on arrival, and allow 24–72 hours to thaw before serving.

Tell us the ship datenot the arrival date.

We don't ship Fri or Sat, so there are no Sunday or Monday deliveries.

Standard delivery is 2–3 business days; 2-Day Air is recommended in warmer months.

No orders are shipped the same day they are ordered.

Let's Keep It Fresh

If your shipping address falls in the GREEN, ORANGE, or MAROON zones on the map, we highly recommend choosing UPS Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air at checkout. These express options ensure your Cajun goodies arrive cold, fresh, and ready to enjoy.

  • Orders sent UPS Ground or 3-Day Select to these zones may not stay cold enough — no refunds or replacements for spoilage.
  • Due to shipping regulations, we're limited to 5 lbs of dry ice per box.
  • Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii must ship Priority Overnight.
  • We cannot ship outside the United States due to customs regulations.

Additional Policies

Addresses

All shipments require a street address — no PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

If shipping to a business, it's the customer's responsibility to ensure the business is open and accepting deliveries.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses void our guarantee.

We do not ship to Canada or overseas.

Hawaii and Alaska may require an additional fee.

Changes & Cancellations

Changes to orders must be received at least 5 business days before the requested ship date.

Receipt & Inspection of Products

Orders should be inspected immediately upon arrival.

The Cajun Turkey Co. must be notified the next business day after delivery of any issues or concerns.

No refunds after this time. We do not accept returns.

Holiday Ordering & Delivery

We highly recommend ordering early, with delivery dates set to arrive the week before the holiday. Shipping services are often overwhelmed during the holidays and don't guarantee deliveries. We make every effort to ship per your request, but we have no control over the carriers.
