Weighs 15lbs.** We recommend using a Reynolds Cook bag to cook these in.  They excellent for cooking a tur-duc-hen and we recommend cooking the breast side down or up-side down, this way it keeps the breast moist.  This will feed up to 20 servings depending on your serving size.

Thaw turducken in refrigerator for 2 days, or to quick thaw, place in a sink of cool water for 6 to 9 hours. Place thawed turducken in a roasting pan and cover with foil. Cook for 4 hours at 375 degrees. Uncover and cook for an additional hour or until internal temperature 160 degrees.
