A 10-12 pound Hickory smoked turkey.  The turkey is infused with jalapeño seasoning & then smoked for 12-18 hours with hickory chips.  Don't let the name scare you- the jalapeño only adds a touch of heat.  A terrific twist on an old favorite. Fully cooked -just defrost, heat & enjoy!

  ***Purchase of Turkeys and Hams***Customers that live in the Northwest, Northeast, or Florida, if you choose ground shipping (UPS or Priority Mail), we can add 5lbs. of dry ice to ensure your package will arrive safely. If adding any side dishes, we DO NOT recommend ground shipping. Please choose 2nd Day Air service.

 

Thaw in refridgerator for 48 hours. Our turkeys are fully cooked & can be served
warm or cold. Two hours prior to heating, remove turkey from the refridgerator
& bring to room temperature. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove turkey from plastic, wrap in foil.
Place foil wrapped turkey in a pan & heat for 40-50 minutes until warm or internal temperature reaches 145 degrees
Remove foil, slice & enjoy
