Quick and very easy Italian soup kit. All you have to do is brown 1 pound of Italian sausage, set aside.
In a large pot add 4 cups of water and contents of the soup mix. Stir very well. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes. Then add 2 cups of milk or half-and-half along with the cook sausage. Cook on low for 2 to 3 minutes or until all ingredients are heated.
If you want to freshen it up stir in fresh spinach just before serving. If you want it spicy use spicy Italian sausage instead of regular Italian sausage.
Serves between four and six servings depending on your serving size.
