They are hand basted with a special smoked recipe and are slow smoked for hours to achieve our incredible taste. Arrives fully cooked and ready to eat. Each Hickory Smoked Turkey Feeds 12-15 Adults with meat left over for great sandwiches. Product weight. 10-12 lbs. Best if heated, covered with foil in a 350-degree oven for 60-75 minutes. If your shipping address falls in the GREEN, ORANGE, or MAROON zones on the map below, we highly recommend choosing UPS Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air at checkout. These express options ensure your delicious Cajun goodies arrive cold, fresh, and ready to enjoy.

Important to Know:
Orders sent via UPS Ground or 3-Day Select to these zones may not stay cold enough, and we won’t be able to offer refunds or replacements for any spoilage.
Due to shipping regulations, we’re limited to 5 lbs of dry ice per box.

Thaw in refridgerator for 48 hours. Our turkeys are fully cooked & can be served
warm or cold. Two hours prior to heating, remove turkey from the refridgerator
& bring to room temperature. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove turkey from plastic, wrap in foil.
Place foil wrapped turkey in a pan & heat for 60-70 minutes until warm or internal temperature reaches 145 degrees
Remove foil, slice & enjoy
