A holiday tradition. These are very special turkeys, hand selected for their plump size. They are hand basted with a special smoked recipe and are slow smoked for hours to achieve our incredible taste. Arrives fully cooked and ready to eat. Thaw in refridgerator for 48 hours. Our turkeys are fully cooked & can be served
warm or cold. Two hours prior to heating, remove turkey from the refridgerator
& bring to room temperature. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove turkey from plastic, wrap in foil.
Place foil wrapped turkey in a pan & heat for 60-70 minutes until warm or internal temperature reaches 145 degrees
Remove foil, slice & enjoy
