A 10–12-pound hickory smoked turkey, that has been smoked with hickory chips for 12-18 hours.  The turkey is then seasoned with cracked black pepper.  A great twist to the traditional smoked turkey. We make it easy; it is fully cooked.  Just thaw, heat & enjoy! (Place the turkey in a pan, add a cup of chicken broth, cover with a lid or foil and re-heat for 60-75 minutes in a 350-degree oven.)


 

 

 *** If you live in the orange or green area colored below you must select 1-day air or 2-day air service. This time of the year it's extremely hot and products will not survive the heat while in transit. By law we can only pack your box with 5 lbs of dry ice.

 

Thaw in refridgerator for 48 hours. Our turkeys are fully cooked & can be served
warm or cold. Two hours prior to heating, remove turkey from the refridgerator
& bring to room temperature. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove turkey from plastic, wrap in foil.
Place foil wrapped turkey in a pan & heat for 60-70 minutes until warm or internal temperature reaches 145 degrees
Remove foil, slice & enjoy
