A 10-12 pound hickory smoked turkey, that has been smoked with hickory chips for 12-18 hours. The turkey is then seasoned with cracked black pepper. A great twist to the traditional smoked turkey. We make it easy, it is fully cooked. Just thaw, heat & enjoy! ( place the turkey in a pan, add a cup of chicken broth, cover with a lid or foil and re-heat for 60-75 minutes in a 350 degree oven. )
