Louisiana Crawfish, Shrimp, & Crab Boil Seasoning Blend.  Cook your favorite seafood just like we do at The Cajun turkey Co.  This 4.5-pound bag of seasonings will cook: 45 pounds of crawfish, 9 dozen crabs, or 65 pounds of shrimp. We think it's the best boil mix on the market!!  For Crawfish add the seasonings to the water, bring to a boil, add your crawfish, bring the water back to a boil, and boil for 5 minutes.  Remove the crawfish & let them soak in a warm bath of more seasoned water in an ice chest for 20-30 minutes.  The longer they soak, the spicier they will be.  ENJOY!!!
