Rich & creamy cheese sauce filled with crawfish tails, jalapeños, red pepper, milk, heavy cream, tomatoes, green chilis, chili pepper, cream cheese, onions, garlic, salt, Cajun spices, basil, & parsley flakes.
Cheese sauce arrives fully cooked, ready to serve. You'll receive 8oz of elbow macaroni. Just boil the macaroni for a few minutes then add to the Crawfish Cheese Sauce. Each order contains 2 lbs./32 oz. of crawfish mac & cheese cream sauce & 8 oz. of macaroni. Serves 4-6 servings depending on your serving size.

CRAWFISH QUESO:
Defrost Lobster sauce in pan of tap water. On stove, bring a pot of water to a boil. Reduce to simmer and add unopened bag of thawed product. Heat for 8-10 minutes until hot.
MACARONI:
Bring 2 quarts of water to a boil; if desired, add 1 tsp. salt. Add opened pack of macaroni to water and return to a boil. Cook uncovered approximately 9-11 minutes, or until tender, stirring occasionally. Avoid overcooking. Remove from heat and drain.
Combine the Crawfish Queso & Macaroni together & serve.
