For all you displaced Cajuns out there, we offer our AUTHENTIC Crawfish Etouffee. We FLY it in weekly straight from Breaux Bridge Louisiana, The Crawfish Capital of the World. Feeling homesick?? Try our delicious Etouffee, it is sure to cure whatever ails you.
You get 1 quart or 2 lbs. of Étouffée. That's enough to serve 4 - 6 servings depending on the serving size.
*** If you live in the orange or green area colored below you must select 1-day air or 2-day air service. This time of the year it's extremely hot and products will not survive the heat while in transit. By law we can only pack your box with 5 lbs of dry ice.
Defrost product in pan of tap water. On stove, bring a pot of water to a boil. Reduce to simmer and add bag of thawed product. Heat for 8-10 minutes until hot.
