My favorite side dish we make!!!  It's the BEST!!!

A Cajun delight!! Crawfish and onions are added to cornbread batter, and a topping of crawfish etouffee is included. For this heat and eat product, just bake the cornbread, warm up the etouffee, and pour over the top when ready to serve!! Weight: 2-pound container of cornbread of crawfish cornbread batter & 8 oz bag of crawfish étouffée. 

Requires cooking but, it's very easy!! 

 

 *** If you live in the orange or green area colored below you must select 1-day air or 2-day air service. This time of the year it's extremely hot and products will not survive the heat while in transit. By law we can only pack your box with 5 lbs of dry ice.

 

 

 

Crawfish Cornbread: Remove from bag, thaw, preheat oven to 350 degrees, put pan on baking sheet, and bake for 50 minutes or until golden brown.
Crawfish Etouffee: Thaw completely out, warm, and pour on top of the Crawfish Cornbread.
