Fry from frozen.
Deep fry 6 Boudin Balls at a time in a fryer at 350 degrees for 6-7 minutes or until the center reaches 160 degrees measured by a calibrated cooking thermometer.
Crawfish Boudin
Defrost in the refrigerator.
Can be grilled, heated in the oven or in a skillet.
Grilling should be done over medium heat.
Place directly on the grill for 8-10 minutes per side. Turning often.
In the oven-wrap in foil, heat at 300 degrees for 15-20 minutes
In a skillet- add a little water, cover. The water will boil out & the
sausage will brown.
