If your shipping address falls in the GREEN, ORANGE, or MAROON zones on the map below, we highly recommend choosing UPS Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air at checkout. These express options ensure your delicious Cajun goodies arrive cold, fresh, and ready to enjoy.

Important to Know:
Orders sent via UPS Ground or 3-Day Select to these zones may not stay cold enough, and we won’t be able to offer refunds or replacements for any spoilage.
Due to shipping regulations, we’re limited to 5 lbs of dry ice per box.

Boudin Balls
Fry from frozen.
Deep fry 6 Boudin Balls at a time in a fryer at 350 degrees for 6-7 minutes or until the center reaches 160 degrees measured by a calibrated cooking thermometer.

Crawfish Boudin
Defrost in the refrigerator.
Can be grilled, heated in the oven or in a skillet.
Grilling should be done over medium heat.
Place directly on the grill for 8-10 minutes per side. Turning often.
In the oven-wrap in foil, heat at 300 degrees for 15-20 minutes
In a skillet- add a little water, cover. The water will boil out & the
sausage will brown.
