First, we de-bone the chicken, and then stuff it full of Cajun style rice. Stuffed with rice seasoned with milk pork sausage, onions, garlic, celery, and Cajun seasonings. Chicken arrives fresh and requires cooking. It's easy to prepare, it is fully seasoned, all you have to do is bake it for about one- and one-half hours. Serves about 4. This is a 3 lb chicken.

Thaw in refridgerator for 24 hours. Remove plastic packaging
Place in Reynolds cook bag & follow the instructions on the box.
Add 1/2 cup of chicken broth & seal the bag.
Bake for 1 hour & 15 minutes at 375 degrees or until internal
temperature reaches 165 degrees
