With a fluffy homemade nougat center, a thin coating of homemade caramel, and a crunchy outer layer of pecan pieces, pecan log rolls have since become a classic Southern candy sold everywhere from quaint pecan farm stands to our retail locations.

We start by making ours from a center of light, whipped nougat that is dipped in our secret praline caramel mix. The Pecan Log Roll is then hand-roll it in a crunchy bed of chopped Pecan pieces to create our Pecan Log Rolls. Being the pecan candy experts, we are bringing you this delicious treat that's sure to please everyone!
