With a fluffy homemade nougat center, a thin coating of homemade caramel, and a crunchy outer layer of pecan pieces, pecan log rolls have since become a classic Southern candy.

We start by making ours from a center of light, whipped nougat that is dipped in our secret praline caramel mix. The Pecan Log Roll is then hand-roll it in a crunchy bed of chopped pecan pieces.

Perfect for family outings, holidays, or any time you want a classic Southern treat.
