These are delicious, and AMAZING ... almost like a crab cake ball with this is filled with crab meat, shrimp, and fish dressing. We make this dressing, punch out a 2 oz "ball" freeze it then run it thru a butter batter machine and coat them with Panko Breadcrumbs ... Then you deep fry them!! They look like hush puppies. Crunchy on the outside, smooth and creamy on the inside. (They're very tasty'!) it is a must to deep fry these! Yum! There are 12 kickers to an order.
