Terrific combination of pork sausage and crawfish meat with a touch of Cajun seasoning. Great sliced as an appetizer, or perfect on the grill to make a sausage po-boy.

Defrost in the refridgerator
Can be grilled, heated in the oven or in a skillet
Grilling should be done over medium heat. Place directly on the grill for
8-10 minutes per side. Turning often.
In the oven-wrap in foil, heat at 300 degrees for 15-20 minutes
In a skillet- add a little water, cover. The water will boil out & the
sausage will brown.
