Fresh pork sausage made with lean pork meat, chopped onions and Cajun seasonings. Perfect for the grill for appetizers with cubed cheese or sliced on a po-boy sandwich USDA approved.

Defrost in the refridgerator
Can be grilled, heated in the oven or in a skillet
Grilling should be done over medium heat. Place directly on the grill for
8-10 minutes per side. Turning often.
In the oven-wrap in foil, heat at 300 degrees for 15-20 minutes
In a skillet- add a little water, cover. The water will boil out & the
sausage will brown.
