One of our most popular soup mixes, we combine corn, tomatoes, cilantro and spices with a delicious broth. Top with crunchy tortilla chips and cheddar cheese!

DIRECTIONS
1) Mix 4 cups water, 1 can fire-roasted tomatoes
(drained), 1 cup canned chicken or 2 cooked &
shredded chicken breasts, and tortilla soup mix in a
large saucepan.
2) Cook 15 minutes on medium heat or until all
ingredients are cooked and heated through, stirring
occasionally.
3) Top with grated cheese and crushed tortilla chips
if desired.
VARIATIONS: Substitute ground beef for chicken.
Add carrots, hominy and/or black beans.
OTHER TOPPINGS: Avocado, sour cream, chopped
tomatoes, tortilla strips
