Experience the distinct taste of a cheeseburger transformed into a rich, comforting soup. This mix offers effortless preparation, delivering a hearty meal in just 15 minutes with the depth of flavors you'd expect from a slow-cooked recipe. Made with all-natural ingredients, it provides a wholesome and satisfying option.
Each package yields 6 generous servings.
DIRECTIONS:
1) Cook 1 pound of ground beef in a large saucepan
over medium heat until brown; drain if needed.
2) Add 2 cups water and 2 cups milk, cheeseburger
soup mix, 1 cup frozen shredded potatoes, and 8 oz
Velveeta *.
3) Cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally,
for 15-20 minutes or until all ingredients are heated
through and combined. Top with grated cheddar
cheese and crunchy onion strings if desired.
If preferred, omit Velveeta and stir in 2 cups
shredded cheddar cheese just before serving.
VARIATIONS: For cheeseburger macaroni soup,
follow above directions but omit frozen potatoes and
add 8 oz cooked shell pasta. Cook until all ingredi-
ents are heated through and soup has reached
desired consistency.
