For the non-Cajun cook, we offer our fully cooked chicken and sausage Gumbo. It arrives in a boil bag, all you have to do is place the bag of gumbo in a pot, cover with water, boil the water for 10-15 minutes, (the water heats the gumbo). Then carefully cut the bag open and serve. You will have to cook your own rice; rice is not included. It's Delicious!! No one will ever know you didn't spend hours preparing it yourself. USDA approved.
