This is my all time favorite breakfast. Great on a Holiday Morning. This combination will feed up to 8 - 10 people. It takes a little time to make but, it's worth it. You'll receive 3 lbs. of pre-cooked butter grits, 2 lbs, of crawfish cornbread, & 2 pounds of Crawfish Étouffée. First, bake the crawfish cornbread in a muffin tin, warm the grits and crawfish étouffée. After the grits have warmed up, serve them on the middle of your plate, add one of the crawfish cornbread muffins on top of the grits, add a fried or poached egg on top of the cornbread, ( eggs are not included, you'll have to cook them ), then top with the crawfish étouffée and garnish with chopped green onions !!
This will blow your family & guests away ... it's really very simple to make, just takes a little time ... isn't great food worth waiting for!!! I promise you will not be disappointed. This could be the best breakfast you've ever had !! Let us hear from you. Enjoy!!!
