Louisiana Crawfish imported from the swamps, then boiled the La. way. We season the water with crawfish boil. The way we cook our crawfish they are seasoned from the in-side out. We DO NOT sprinkle the outside of the shell with seasonings. All that does in burn your lips. We do it the correct way. The Louisiana way!!
