Imported Salmon from Ireland. You'll receive ( 4 ) 4.5 oz Atlantic Skinless Salmon infused with our Sweet Chili Marinade. Our infusion process disperses the flavor throughout the filet for a tastier eating experience! So easy to prepare : Oven From Frozen: preheat the oven to 430° remove the filets from all packaging and loosely wrapped in aluminum foil. Place them on a baking tray, slide into the pre-heated oven and allow to cook for 30-35 minutes or until internal temperature has reached 145°. Frying Pan From Defrosted :  preheat a tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan. Place the fish filets on a medium temperature and fry for 12 to 15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F, turning halfway through the cooking time. Serves 4-6 people depending on the serving size.
