For the non-Cajun cook, we offer our fully cooked chicken and sausage Gumbo. It arrives in a boil bag, all you have to do is : place the gumbo in a pot, cover with water, boil the water for 10-15 minutes, ( the water heats the gumbo). Then carefully cut the bag open and serve. You will have to cook your own rice, rice is not included. It's Delicious!! No one will ever know you didn't spend hours preparing it yourself. USDA approved. You will received 32 oz / 2 lbs. of Gumbo.

Defrost product in pan of tap water. On stove, bring a pot of water to a boil. Reduce to simmer and add bag of thawed product. Heat for 8-10 minutes until hot.
